The Radford Farmers Market is open every Saturday, rain or shine beginning May 12th, 2011 through October 20th, 2012. The Farmers Market features such offerings as: jellies, local eggs, meat and cheese, yummy baked goods, produce, and a vast assortment of daylilies, wildflowers and perennials and great locally made gifts.
October is Children's Month at the Market. On Saturday, October 6th, bring an outfit and come on down for this time honored tradition of building a scarecrow and pumpkin painting from 9 an - 1 pm. Activities are free.
Located in the Norwood Square parking lot, right next to the University BP in the 1100 block of East Main Street, the Farmers Market will run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
