The life you save may be a loved one. This one-hour program will provide you with the skills needed to identify signs of a heart attack, a stroke, or sudden cardiac arrest.

Your will learn how to perform CPR on an adult and what to do to be helpful when you call an ambulance. For a person who is unresponsive and not breathing, your actions can only help. Learn what to do so you can make a difference!
