Live At the Lyric presents: Chris Raschka with Nikki Giovanni on Sunday, September 30th. The show begins at 3 pm.

Author, illustrator, and violist, Chris Raschka is a two time Caldecott Medalist. Nikki Giovanni is an award winning poet, author, activist, performer, and Virginia Tech faculty member. Together, they have collaborated on two children's books: The Grasshopper's Song and The Genie in the Jar.

In this very special engagement, they'll perform together, with Nikki Giovanni reading while Chris Rashcka illustrates live! Lobby book signing to follow their performance. Do not miss this!

Tickets are $15 for Gold Level seats and $12 for Silver level seats. Children tickets are $10.
