Description:
On Monday, October 1st, 622 North will be holding their first beer dinner of 2012. The dinner will feature the delicious brews of Terrapin Beer Co. from Athens, GA. There will be one seating at 6 pm.
Note: The dinner is by reservation only.
Chef Tom Newton will create a five course meal specifically designed to pair each course with each specific beer. 622 North has acquired four 'one-time' brews and a fifth seasonal series beer.
The five featured beers will be Terrapin Phlux Capacitor, All-American Imperial Pilsner, Reunion '12, 10th Anniversary, and the Samurai Krunkles.
Each course will be served with an 8 oz serving of each brew. The menu will be released at least two weeks before the event.
Tentative Menu:
• 1st Course: Terrapin 10th Anniversary Ale paired with citrus mussels.
• 2nd Course: Terrapin Pumpkinfest paired with Butternut Squash Soup topped with candied pecans and fresh sage.
• 3rd Course: Terrapin Samurai Krunkles (Asian IPA) paired with apricot glazed pork belly.
• 4th Course: Terrapin Phluz Capacitor paired with elk strip loin and roasted fresh figs.
• 5th Course: Terrapin Reunion 12' paired with Chocolate torte and roasted fresh plums with homemade churro icecream.
