Description:
Celebrate National Costume Exchange Day at the Christiansburg Library on Monday, October 8th. Bring your CLEAN gently used costumes and accessories to exchange! Parents don’t miss this opportunity to outfit your child for FREE!
For each full costume donated you will receive a ticket to exchange for “new” costume.
Costumes for exchange may be dropped off at the library from October 4–7. On the day of the program bring in costumes by 3:30 p.m.
Give us 30 minutes to sort them by sizes and then the doors to our Costume Swap are open! Ticketholders will get first choice from 4-4:30 pm. The doors will open to everyone at 4:30 pm.
Even if you don’t find the costume you’re looking for this is a great way to clean your closets. NRV Macaroni Kid will be providing a simple craft to entertain the children while the parents/caregivers look for costumes!
Please only donate costumes that are clean and gently used- if you wouldn’t put your child in it, would someone else?
