Auburn High and Shelor Motor Mile invite you to their Growing the Future Talent Show on Friday, September 21st in the school auditorium. Come out and see some great acts and support the school in the process.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top five acts at the show. Prizes include: 1st place $200, 2nd place $125, 3rd place $100, 4th place $75, 5th place $50.
All proceeds from this talent show benefit the Auburn High Student Government Association.
Shelor Motor Mile is excited to host a local talent competition for high school students and award schools and students close to $50,000 in prize money.
Two representatives from each local high school in the New River Valley will compete to win the Grand Prize of $2,500 and $20,000 for their school. Each local high school will hold a talent show at their school and select two representatives to move on to the finale show.
The Growing the Future Talent Show Finale will be held October 20 at the Christiansburg High School Auditorium at 7 pm.
Local high schools participating include Floyd County, Auburn, Christiansburg, Pulaski, Radford, Blacksburg, Giles County and Narrows.
