Description:
HaeBo Productions presents Oscar Wilde's "The Importance of Being Earnest" at Prices Fork Elementary School. Performances include September 27-29 and October 4-6 at 7:30 pm. There will also be two matinee performances on September 30 and October 7 beginning at 3 pm.
The Importance of Being Earnest, Oscar Wilde’s last and most famous play, debuted in London on February 14, 1895. The Importance of Being Earnest is funny all the time. There is nothing earnest about this play, at least on the surface. It’s a satire of the Victorian era, when an intricate code of behavior governed everything from communication to sexuality.
