Description:
The first concert of the Blacksburg Master Chorale season will feature Carol Barnett’s The World Beloved: A Bluegrass Mass along with three newly commissioned works and favorite folk songs and spirituals on Friday, November 2nd at the Blacksburg Presbyterian Church.

A work by Stephen Paulus entitled "In my soul" specially commissioned for the Chorale’s 25th Anniversary Season will also be performed. Compositions from the Music Director, Dwight Bigler, and Chorale member, Bob Wall, will also be presented. Rounding out the concert will be favorites "Ain't Got Time to Die" and "Shenandoah."
