The Roanoke - Blacksburg Technology Council (RBTC) hosts the October Tech and Toast entitled "Tech, Team, Traction" with a panel discussion. The attendance cost also includes breakfast.

Company culture represents the glue that keeps the many moving parts of an organization working towards a common goal, but it also needs to be managed to stay productive.
