NOTE: Due to the winter weather caused by Hurricane Sandy, the Montgomery-Floyd Regional Libraries will be closing today at 5 pm so this event will be postponed. A make-up date has not be announced.
Come out for ghouly good time and take part in a costume contest! Prizes awarded for the most original, funniest and scariest costumes. Try your hand at spooky luck with a few games of bingo. Light refreshments.
