Join the Floyd Country Store on Saturday, October 27th, for an inside look into strange and spooky happenings in Floyd. Patricia Robin Woodruff will read from her book, “Strange Tales of Floyd County, VA”, a collection of tales which are told all by people who live here.

Stories about a husband’s ghost watching over his elderly wife, people with amazing healing abilities, people foretelling dreams that come true and flying objects that light up the night sky and sometimes even land… Patricia will be joined by some of the folks whose stories are in the book. Erie and strange ballads and tunes will be performed by Mac Traynham. Join them for a night of the unusual tales, spooks and gore.
