New River Community College offers a Sharper Skills Seminar on Time Management on Wednesday, November 7th at the New River Valley Mall college site in room 133. The workshop will be led by corporate trainer Jeanne Symanoskie.

Customer feedback is one of the most important tools to monitor and adjust customer service. In this workshop, you’ll learn to use online surveys as a convenient tool to receive that feedback. Identify resources to create online surveys, discuss tips and tricks to get customers to give you feedback and learn the art of managing your surveys all in a hands-on environment.

Each Sharper Skills Seminar is $20, but discounts are available for businesses registering multiple participants.
