New River Community College offers a Sharper Skills Seminar on Customer Service on Friday, November 9th at the New River Valley Mall college site in room 134. The workshop will be led by corporate trainer Laurel Schirr.
For every business, excellent customer service is key. In this workshop, participants will learn the importance of great customer service, how attitude affects customer service, how to effectively identify customer needs and how to deal with difficult customers.
Each Sharper Skills Seminar is $20, but discounts are available for businesses registering multiple participants.
