Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. (DBI) presents the Summer Solstice Fest & Carnival 2013 on Friday, June 21st and Saturday, June 22nd.
Come have a mid-summer frolic in Downtown Blacksburg on Friday, June 21st from 4-9pm for the Carnival and on Saturday, June 22nd, from 1 pm until midnight for the Festival and Carnival.
Festivities include live music, dog parade, sand castle contest, Beer Garden, a giant sand beach, a Downtown Sundown 5K Run, Wing eating Contest, Water Wars, Carnival and much more! Bring the kids to an old-fashioned flea circus, crafts, activities, and festival foods.
