Join the Blacksburg Southern Mountain Square Dance for their May Dance on Saturday, May 4th at the Homestead Farm in Riner.
Phil Louer is scheduled to be the caller and the band is the Indian Run String Band.
Blacksburg Southern Mountain Square Dance, sponsored since 1981 by the Old-time Music and Dance Group of Blacksburg, presenting the finest square dance callers and old-time bands to bring you the oldest and funnest dance in Virginia!
Partners and square dance experience are not necessary- the caller teaches every dance! Please wear shoes that won't mar the floor.
Refreshments are available and this is a student, family-friendly and smoke free event. Children under 12 are free.
The Homestead Farm is located at 5558 Homestead Road in Riner, Virginia.
