Celebrate National Kids to Parks Day at Claytor Lake State Park on Saturday, May 18th with a special nature hike.
Who lives in the forest's natural nooks, and is often embraced in stories and books? Why, Fairies of course! So join us for a nature hike, and gather what you'd like. With your findings make a home, that is natural and compelling. For a fairy will surely appreciate such a charming little dwelling.
Meet at the Interpretive Campfire Circle. The gate attendant can provide directions when you arrive at the park.
