Description:
The Jacksonville Center for the Arts offers Copper/Aluminum/Mixed Media Earrings Class with Darcy Meeker on Monday, June 24th from 9am-5pm.

Class Description:
Aluminum and copper earrings will be cut and designed using embossing techniques. Various methods of decorating and coloring the earrings will be taught including flame work techniques and copper, paint, and multi-media embellishment techniques. Students will have the materials to produce at least 10 pairs of custom-made earrings.

Materials to bring: Sketch book or drawing pad.
Optional Materials to bring - (Darcy will have extra):
Bring your own Jewelry Making Tools (Flat-nosed pliers, wire cutters, and round-nosed pliers),
collage materials - magazine clippings, fabric, beads, aluminum cans

Materials Fee: $35
Minimum Enrollment, 4: Maximum Enrollment, 8
Minimum Age: 13
