Celebrate Old Man Kelly's first CD Release with a Honky Tonk Dance Party at the Fatso Ballroom in Blacksburg on Friday, May 31st.

It's finally happening Old Man Kelly is releasing his first solo CD titled "Songs, Stories, Shanties and Shenanigans". The release party begins at 8 pm.

Along with the release party enjoy a Honky Tonk Dance Party featuring the sounds of Old Man Kelly and The Streetsweepers, featuring Matt Labarge on piano, Nathan Bowles on drums, Chris Printz on the doghouse bass, and Old Man Kelly on guitar, banjo, vocals and/or shenanigans. They'll be throwing down honky-tonk, rockabilly, jump blues, and whatever else you might care to pick up. Bring your booze, bring your shoes, and shake your blues away.

There will be a $5 cover to pay for the band.

We'll have a potluck starting around 8 pm, so bring your food, too. Music will start around 9 and run until 11 or so.

There will be contests in which you can win your very own copy of "Songs, Stories, Shanties and
Shenanigans". This will also be the first time and location that the album will be on sale.

The Fatso Ballroom is located at 1321 Panorama Drive in Blacksburg, Virginia.
