Enjoy the annual Pilot Mountain Poetry event on Saturday, July 6th at the Pilot Mountain Community Center.

Pilot Mountain Poetry is a new annual event created to support student and local Appalachian Poets. Featuring music by Spectral Arts, writers of the Blue Ridge Workshop at Virginia Tech and members of the Appalachian Writers Association.

Featured Poets:
Philip Church - McCoy, VA – Author, poet and songwriter. Has written a book about the legend of Devil John of Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
