Join Claytor Lake State Park staff every Wednesday through September 4, 2013 for the special program Drawing from Nature.

From a colorful insect to the rough bark of a tree, many of the over-looked parts of nature can be the most beautiful.

Meet at the gravel overflow parking lot on the right just past the Park Contact Station for a short walk through the woods to discover some natural beauty and artistic inspiration.

Be sure to wear hiking shoes, outdoor clothing, sunscreen, bug spray and bring plenty of water.
