The Radford Parks and Recreation present the 2013 Bisset Park Free Concert Series kickoff featuring the music of The Rosco on Tuesday, July 9th at the Gazebo at Bisset Park.

The Rosco from Blacksburg plays pop punk, power pop and rock. Described as an explosive rock 'n roll show with a hint of pop.
