The Blacksburg Library presents the Joy of Yarn on Monday, July 8th.

The heat of summer has arrived, but that shouldn’t discourage you from your craft of choice. Come learn about some cool summer yarns and unique fibers at this yarn-tasting event!
This will be the perfect time to learn about the wide diversity of fibers– everything from linen to silk and beyond! Your handiwork needn’t be limited to wool and acrylic. Come try a free sample of lustrous bamboo yarn! If you or someone you know is allergic to wool, you won’t want to miss this!

Required Materials: Knitters: bring a US Size 8 set of needles (straight or circular). Crocheters: bring a G or H crochet hook.
