The Meadowbrook Library presents Gardening for the Health of It on Saturday, July 13th.

Diane Relf and Marie Goodwin with EastMont Garden Club will present growing healthier by gardening. Diane will discuss why gardening is good for everyone: mentally, physically, socially and spiritually and give some tips and techniques for making gardening easier and more rewarding. Marie will help participants find better ways to garden to be physically stronger and when needed adjust for the physical problems that come with aging.
