Join Claytor Lake State Park staff for their Welcome Campfire each Thursday evening through September 5, 2013. All are welcome.

At the welcome campfire you will make new friends, learn about new things, roast marshmallows, and make lasting memories. Come out and try something new from making homemade ice cream to learning about all the creatures that call the park home, get ready to start your stay in a unique way!

Be sure to wear hiking shoes, outdoor clothing, sunscreen, bug spray and to have plenty of water.
