Join certified Zumba instructor Ana McRoberts for her weekly Aqua Zumba Fitness Pool Party every Friday evening from 5:30-6:30 pm at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center Lagoon.

The drop-in class is a pool party workout for all ages. Aqua Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard.

Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Classes are $7 each and discounts are available when you pre-register.

Note: There will be no classes on July 5 & 26, Aug.9, Aug. 23 & 30, 2013.
