The Draper Mercantile presents A Night of Big Band Music with The Old Pros Orchestra on Saturday, July 20th.

Enjoy a phenomenal night of music and dancing with the Old Pros Orchestra. Doors open at 5:30 pm for our special "show night dinner buffet", and the Old Pros will take the stage at 7 pm.

The Old Pros Big Band Orchestra is an all-volunteer organization that was founded at New River Community College in January 1973 by a small group of local musicians interested in preserving and playing the sounds of the Big Band Era. Since the first rehearsal in 1973, the band has grown to 28 musicians. Membership includes professionals, small business owners, retirees, teachers and students. Their ages and musical backgrounds are as varied as their professions.

And, what goes great with big band music? A good old fashioned Mercantile buffet! The buffet will include grilled chicken, vegetable pasta, sugar snap peas, mixed summer vegetables, herb roasted potatoes, and fresh rolls for $14.95 (drinks not included). Dessert to be served at intermission.
