Breathe, bend & bond with your toddler! A fun-loving, supportive, and active yoga practice filled with dozens of Itsy BitsyYoga Yoga® poses designed just for your toddler. At a time when children naturally explore movement, Itsy Bitsy Yoga® builds confidence in their moving bodies, and encourages their creative spirit both in and out of class.
Candy L. Beers-Kim, M.S., R-DMT, a pediatric sleep and attuned families consultant just moved here from Yoga Source in Richmond, VA. She loves that toddlers experience is authentic: there is nothing put on by their ego. She gets to witness them truly being in the moment in every pose, with no inner judgment!
The class is $15.00 per student.
