Beyond Your Mat: Beyond Your Mat is a lecture offering guidance on expanding and understanding practice beyond the physical. Asana is the primary tool as an entry point into other spectacular aspects of Yoga, it can be confusing or scary when we begin to experience things that we are unsure of and don't quite understand, it's all real! Let’s chat about where to go with all of this!
