Hotel Floyd presents their 2017 Music in the Mountains Concert Series with Fork Mountain Ramblers leading an Old Time Jam on Thursday, May 18, 2017.

Bring your guitars, banjos, fiddles, mandolins and voices. We will sit together in a circle and play tunes called by a Floyd County fiddler.

The Fork Mountain Ramblers play old-time music along with songs from the 1920s and 1930s thrown in the mix, including country blues, ragtime and jug band.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

Every Thursday, May through October, you can enjoy a free concert in the Hotel Floyd Amphitheater or Floyd Town Park with barbecue and other tasty treats close by. It's a great time to kick off your shoes or grab a rocking chair for some foot-tappin' and a little rockin' goodness.
