The Mountain Valley Charitable Foundation and Big Lick Entertainment present the July event for OldTown Third Thursdays featuring the band The Floorboards on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the Old Town Fields in Shawsville, VA.

Join us for live music, food and fun for your entire family! The event will include local food trucks, craft beer and a space for the kids to run and play.

The Floorboards artfully marry rock n' roll and country roots music with the sights and sounds of southern mountain towns.

The Floorboards have quickly become a staple in the Southeast and are branching out with purpose. Having co-billed with bands such as Trampled By Turtles, Yarn, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Royal Southern Brotherhood, Laura Reed, and performed at venues and festivals in the southeast along side Drive by Truckers, Jackson Brown, Allison Krauss and Union Station, the band is picking up steam like the 611.

Tickets are $5.00 for adults and kids 12 and under are free.

100% of the ticket sales benefit the Mountain Valley Charitable Foundation (MVCF). Mountain Valley Charitable Foundation's vision is to provide opportunity and empower community for eastern Montgomery County.

OldTown Third Thursdays will be held every Thursday from May through October.
