Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness offers their Boxing 101 class every Saturday from 10-11 am.

Boxing 101 is a boxing class for beginners and we recommend it to all of our new members! Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness’ Boxing 101 class teaches you your basic boxing stance, basic footwork, and how to throw a punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength, and endurance.

Boxing 101 class is great for the beginner who wants to give the boxing style fitness training a shot but doesn’t know the first thing about it. It’s also a great class for someone who isn’t in the best shape in the world, but wants to get started in fitness without feeling judged, being demoralized, and getting burnt out.

Boxing and fitness is tough, but you can do it! This is the perfect class to get started, and we know once you try it, you’ll be hooked! We recommend taking this class for your first month while at Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness to learn the basics, and also build up to the more intense Fighter-Fit training classes.

First admission and class is free.

Hand wraps are the only thing you will need, and we have them here for sale for $10.
