Glade Road Growing presents Farm-to-Table Grilling and Wet Hop Beer Release with Tim Pak in Concert on Saturday, August 12, 2017.

Tabula Rasa on Glade, the farm kitchen at Glade Road Growing, will be doing farm-to-table grilling in conjunction with Rising Silo’s wet hop beer release for Hop 'N Holler Beer.

We’ll be grilling chicken (organically raised here on the farm) and decorating it with our own made-from-scratch tomato bbq sauces. Other fresh vegetarian sides prepared by us with produce grown on our farm also available for purchase.

Tim Pak will be providing the tunes from 6-9 pm.

Tim Pakledinaz is a singer, guitarist and harmonica player currently residing in Fairlawn, VA. His past musical experiences range from a stint in Detroit punk band Angry Red Planet to being a member of the eclectic stringband the Salt Miners.

This wet hop session pale ale features 16 pounds of whole cone hops - Cascade, Chinook and Zeus varieties. You'll find grassy, juicy, fresh hop aroma and flavor. The freshly harvested hops must join the brew swiftly, within 18 hours of being picked, and the finished beer is best consumed fresh! We've only got six kegs of this one and it's on tap starting this Saturday, come on and get you some!

Come out, walk the farm, and eat and drink as local as you can here in Blacksburg.

No cover. Tips are encouraged for our musicians.
