Starlite Drive-In Theatre presents Flashback Thursday featuring a single showing of the 1978 classic film "Superman" on Thursday, August 31, 2017 starting at dusk.
Enjoy one of the first superhero movies released in 1978 in Superman starring Christopher Reeve, Gene Hackman and Ned Beatty.
Just before the destruction of the planet Krypton, scientist Jor-El sends his infant son Kal-El on a spaceship to Earth. Raised by kindly farmers Jonathan and Martha Kent, young Clark discovers the source of his superhuman powers and moves to Metropolis to fight evil. As Superman, he battles the villainous Lex Luthor, while, as novice reporter Clark Kent, he attempts to woo co-worker Lois Lane.

Gates open at 7:00 pm.
Patrons are encouraged to arrive early due to lines and to be able to purchase food at the snack bar before the movie starts.
