The Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets presents a Meet the Crew & Visit the World War II-era C-45 Expeditor "Hokie Pokie" airplane on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Virginia Tech Montgomery Executive Airport on the campus of Virginia Tech from 9:00-11:00 am.

A crew from the Tri-State Warbird Museum in Batavia, Ohio, will fly the World War II-era C-45 Expeditor "Hokie Pokie" over Lane Stadium during the September 9, 2017 Virginia Tech football game against Delaware, weather permitting.

All are welcome to come see the aircraft up close and talk with the crew.

The C-45 is based on the Beechcraft Corporation's popular commercial airplane the Model 18 "Twin Beech," originally designed in 1936. It has a top speed of 225 MPH and a range of more than 1,200 miles.
