The Blacksburg High School Symphonic Band is hosting a huge yard sale at Kipps Elementary School in Blacksburg, VA on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.

This yard sale is to help the band raise money for their trip to the 2018 Music For All National Concert Band Music Festival in March in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The band was chosen, based on a taped audition, to be invited to this prestigious festival. It is an amazing educational opportunity as well as an honor for the band. This is considered one of the highest honors that a high school band in the United States can receive. However, the estimated cost for the band to participate is $60,000.00 so your help is requested.
