Blacksburg High School presents 2017 TEDxBlacksburgHighSchool on Saturday, September 9, 2017 in the Blacksburg High School Auditorium.
TEDxBlacksburgHighSchool will be showing two taped talks:
• "This is What Happens When You Reply to Spam Email" from James Vietch
• "What I Learned From Going Bling in Space" from Chris Hadfield
And four talks will be given in person and live:
• 3D Printing and Research from Kaellum Hassler
• Effects of Animal Agriculture from Emily Fang
• Changing Paradigms in Public Education from Mr. Brad Kraft
• What Does It Mean To "Be Smart" in the World of Robotics from Dale Pike
Admission is free and open to the public.
