Sustainable Blacksburg presents the program "Exploring Hidden Carbon Footprints" as part of the 2017 Blacksburg Sustainability Week on Monday, September 18, 2017 in the Blacksburg Library's Community Room.
When we think about our individual carbon footprints, we naturally think about the energy we use the power our homes and cars. Hear from three expert speakers who will tell us how our day-to-day choices around water, food and everyday purchasing and disposal methods can also have a big impacts on how much we contribute to global greenhouse gas emissions.
