Friends of Israel at Virginia Tech offers Free Krav Maga Lessons every Wednesday through December 6, 2017 from 7:30-8:30 pm inside the Multipurpose Room A at War Memorial Hall on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Krav Maga is a martial art created specifically for self defense. It was developed for the military in Israel and consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from Aikido, Judo, boxing and wrestling along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and is extremely efficient in counter-attack.

All levels are welcome and both males and females.
