Smithfield Plantation presents the 2017 Holidays at Smithfield titled "Forged in the Season" on Friday, December 1, 2017 through Sunday, December 3, 2017.

Friday, December 1st:
• 11:30 am: Holiday Luncheon Seating 1
• 2:30 pm: Holiday Luncheon Seating II

Saturday, December 2nd:
• 11:30 am - 4:00 pm: Holiday Tea Seating Times

Sunday, December 3rd:
• 1:00-4:00 pm: Holiday Tea Seating Times

Celebrate Christmas colonial style at Historic Smithfield Plantation. Enjoy live music, one seating in the Tea Room or Luncheon depending on date, special holiday display, house tours, holiday decor, blacksmith demonstrations, and much more!

Our theme is "Forged in the Season" therefore all menu items reflect that in terms of names and ingredients. For the savories, we will have Blackberry Glazed Meatballs, Ash Sheep Cheese and Coal Roasted Crackers, Blackberry and Rye Scones, Fire Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes, with the sweets being Whiskey Smoked Sugar Cookies, Black Walnut Musket Balls, Kettle Fired Apple Butter Rounds, Burnt Rosemary Cookies, and Black Forest Bites.

For those of you doing the luncheon we will also feature, Cherokee Black Bean Wraps and General Washington's favorite Black Pepper Pot Soup along with the other items.

Tickets include on seating at either the Holiday Luncheon on Friday or Holiday Tea on either Saturday or Sunday and full weekend access to the decorated manor and all the parlor chamber live music.

Advance tickets are $20.00 for adults and $25.00 at the door. For children tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the door. Advance ticket sales are encouraged in case of a sell out.
