Historic Smithfield Plantation presents the 1st Annual 5K Frontier Run starting at the Virginia Tech Cross Country Course and 1776 Fun Adventure Run starting at Smithfield on Sunday, March 18, 2018.

Full Day Schedule of Events:
• 12:15 pm: Check-In
• 1:00 pm: 5K Frontier Run starts at Virginia Tech Cross Country Course
• 3:00 pm: 1776 Adventure Run

The 1776 adventure run will take participants to a multitude of historical locations on Smithfield's property that the 5K doesn't go by as well as provide participants with a more leisurely view of Historic Smithfield.

In addition, the Smithfield house will be open the entirety of the event for people to tour. All of these activities (5K, Fun Run & House Tour) are included in the registration fees.

Early registration has been extended and is $20.00 for adults. Students with a student ID are $15.00 and children 12 and under are $15.00.
