The Floyd Mardi Gras Costume Ball presents 2018 Annual Krewe du Bleu Dinner on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Dogtown Roadhouse before Floyd Mardi Gras.

Enjoy authentic Cajun delights at the Krewe du Bleu Dinner with Chef Richard L. Perry. Share food, conversations, stories, and each other’s company.

The evening begins at 5:00 pm as guests are welcomed to the party. After finding a seat at one of Floyd Rustic‘s hand-crafted and luxuriously-decorated tables, you will enjoy sharing a number of Chef Richard‘s authentic New Orleans dishes “family style” with your neighbors.

As you dine, learn about the history of Bayou cuisine from Chef Richard (of Classic Caterers and Longfin Grill), and relax with the musical musings of local musician, Brad Collier. We’ll wrap up the meal with a traditional King Cake as you watch your surroundings magically transform from dining room to ball room.

2018 Krewe du Bleu Menu:
• Cajun Smothered Pork Chops
• “Gumbo Z’Herbes” – Creole Kale & Collard Gumbo with Smoked Chicken
• Shrimp, Swordfish, and Soft Shell Crab Etouffee over Ellis Stansel Popcorn Rice
• Red Beans and Rice with Grilled Chayote Squash, Creole Onions, and Flamed Sweet Peppers (vegan)
• Delta Slaw – Mobile Palm Cabbage, Kale, Carrots, Mirliton, Sherry Vinegar, Raw Cane, and Seville Orange Vinaigrette (vegan)
• Sweet Potato Souffle (vegan)
• Green Beans, Onions, and Peppers (vegan)
• Artisan Breads
• Creole Bread Pudding with Whisky Sauce
• King Cake

The cost is $65.00 per person and includes admission to the 2018 Annual Floyd Mardi Grass Costume Ball.
