The Montgomery Chamber of Commerce continues the Business @ Lunch with the program "Retaining Talented Employees" on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Hampton Inn in Christiansburg, VA.

Whether it's due to the size of the organization or financial constraints, we know that sometimes the conventional means of retention like raises and promotions aren't always an option for all our of members.

Join us at Business @ Lunch to hear from Jennifer Majdanik, a SHRM-Certified Professional with several years of management and Human Resources experience. Jenn will share tips and ideas on ways to help you keep talented employees within your organization.

Lunch will be provided.

The cost for regular registration is $20.00 for Chamber members and $40.00 for non-members. For tickets purchased after 5:00 pm on Tuesday, the price increases to $30.00 for Chamber members and $50.00 for non-members.
