The Jessie Peterman Library presents Fiber Art Demonstrations on Sunday, April 29, 2018.
Join Megan McKewan as she demonstrates how to create beautiful hooked tapestries. Learn what tools are needed and how to choose colors and fabrics. This will be followed by a felting demonstration by Robert & Jeanne Martin of Chestnut Ridge Farm.
You'll learn the difference between wet, needle and nuno felting and see examples of each technique. They will also demonstrate how to card wool and make roving.
