Description:
The Blacksburg Partnership presents the 2nd Annual Virginia Cheese Fest Farm to Table Dinner on Friday, June 8, 2018 at the Historic Smithfield Plantation Pavilion.

The Virginia Cheese Fest Farm to Table dinner features live music, delightful wines from Iron Heart Winery and flavorful cheese forward dishes prepared by the Palisades Restaurant and Hell’s Kitchen runner up Chef Torrece “T” Gregoire. Throughout the evening learn how the select ingredients and Virginia cheeses made it to the plate and why certain selections were made to bring together the flavors of the dish and the wines.

There will be a welcome reception at 6:30 pm with a four-course dinner to follow at 7:15 pm.

Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes for natural terrain and anticipate a change in temperature as the evening may be cool. Jeans and smart casual attire will not be out of place, but be creative and have a little fun with it! Cheesy accessories are always a great idea.

Tickets are $75.00 a person and include a four-course dinner with passed appetizers and wine pairings. Seating is limited and last year sold out early, so purchase tickets today to reserve your spot.

The Blacksburg Partnership is a non-profit, independent economic development organization focused on projects that attract visitors and retail prospects.
