The Eggleston Volunteer Fire Department presents their Summer Mud Bog Fundraiser on Saturday, July 21, 2018.

Event Schedule:
• 9:00 am: Registration begins
• 11:15 am: Drives Meeting
• 12:00 pm: Competition begins

Compete or watch the Summer Mud Bog to support the Eggleston Volunteer Department. The Mud Bog features multiple vehicle classes, ATV and side-by-side classes and a Muddy Egg Run which is a foot race through the mud pit with a twist that is sure to entertain!

This event is designed to be a safe, fun and legal opportunity to run your mud truck or ATV.

Classes:
• Truck 4/6
• Truck Street
• Truck Modified
• Open (any vehicle type including minivans / cars)
• ATV (Kids Class available)
• UTV (Kids Class available)

Scoring will be based on time or distance. The fastest time to run the full track length will be winner. If no one is able to make a full length pass, then distance measurements will determine the winner.

For the Muddy Egg Run, all participants will line up at the start finish line and compete head to head. At the drop of the green flag, participants will race to the end of the track and pick up a raw egg, then carry the egg back to the start line without breaking the egg. The first person to return to the start line with a non-broken egg will be the winner.

General admission is $5.00 for ages 13 and up with free entry for ages 12 and under. Truck, ATV/UTV and Open Class competitors will have the admission fee waived.

Food and refreshments will be available or purchase on site.

Trophies will be awarded for the top finishers in each class.

Approved helmets will be required for ATV/UTV participants and any vehicle that has the doors removed.

The Eggleston First Station is located at 235 Firehouse Road in Eggleston, VA.
