Sapphire Ballroom & Dance Center presents a Beginner Dance Workshop featuring the Merengue and Carolina Shag on Friday, September 28, 2018.

Come out to Sapphire Ballroom to try something new, meet some cool people, and learn a skill that you will enjoy for years to come. In 90 minutes, for less than the cost of a movie, the friendly instructors at Sapphire will teach you the basics of Merengue (the ultimate Latin party dance) and Carolina Shag (the groovy dance from the beaches of North and South Carolina). Finish the evening fun with a small taste of a ballroom classic, the Waltz.

Learn some dancing, try some moves, meet some new friends, your fun and friendly Sapphire instructor is ready to guide you through every step of the way.

Bring some friends or come on your own, either way you'll have a great time learning something new.

All dances taught from the beginning so no experience is required.

Singles, couples, and groups are always welcome.
