Description:
Squires Student Center presents ContraFolk's Square & Contra Dance in the Old Dominion Ballroom within the Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 7:00 - 9:30 pm.

Join us for an evening of gender role free square and contra dancing. The event features an amazing live band in Star Front Property and local and nationally recognized caller Shawn Brenneman to instruct dancers during the event.

No prior dance experience is required and a beginner lesson is offered from 6:30 to 7:00 pm. The dance starts at 7:30 pm.

The event is free for all students and welcoming to all other members and ages of the New River Valley community with a suggested $5.00 donation.
