Emerging Life Coaching presents the full day workshop titled "Discover the Best Real You" on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Holiday Inn in Christiansburg, VA.

"Discover the Best Real You" is a full-day workshop for women designed to help you live your most authentic life as the Best Real You! Imagine living without comparison, fear, or limiting beliefs holding you back from real freedom!

In this workshop you will:
• Discover your beautiful and unique true self
• Identify what holds you back from being authentically you
• Build a boat-load of self-confidence
• Create empowering messages to replace your negative self-talk
• Feel encouraged, appreciated, valued, and heard
• Connect with other women in meaningful ways
• Get creative and build your own Best Real You Vision Board (to take with you!)
• Have tons of fun and laughter

This is an interactive, insightful, and impactful day of focusing on you! Take a break from your usual busy life and spend the day embracing your inner beauty and strength. You will leave this workshop feeling uplifted, encouraged and inspired, plus you'll walk out with a clear vision of the Best Real You.

Facilitated by Janelle Anderson and Kathy Tangalakis, both professional certified life coaches who specialize in empowering women to live their best lives.
