Warm Hearth Village presents their Fall Harvest Day and Open House on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Kroontje Health Care Center.
Enjoy fresh apple baked goods, cider, local honey, live music and a kids' corner.
Tucked away off the busy roads, the Kroontje Health Care Center has a long history in the New River Valley and is changing the status quo of Assisted Living and Memory Care. The new design is handcrafted to maximize resident comfort and care with verandas and outdoor living, multiple social gathering spaces, large windows throughout, a resident engagement kitchen, separate dining rooms and all the warmth and comfort of home.
