The Wilderness Road Regional Museum presents Old Christmas 2019 on Sunday, January 6, 2019.
Join the Wilderness Road Regional Museum for a special post holiday event to help with your cabin fever. We will share all the traditions of Old Christmas.
Activities include:
• Militia Musket Firing from the Colonial Montgomery Militia
• Live Music from Indian Run Stringband
• Storytelling
• Appalachian Traditions
• Animal Adoption Drive with Local Animal Groups
• King Cake
• Whiskey Sugar Cookies
• Lady Washington's Punch
and more!
The main activities will be held from 2:00-5:00 pm, but the living history folks will be on site earlier. The public is welcome to stop by starting at noon and enjoy talking with them before the music and other activities later.
Admission is free, however donations are warmly appreciated.
